Below is a timeline of the consolidation of Gordonville Fire and EMS and Kinzer Fire Company into Pequea Valley Fire Department

Steering Committee approved 1st draft of Bylaws in Feb 15 meeting
Steering Committee approved final draft of bylaws in March meeting
Bylaws were presented to the members of both departments in the April general meeting
Final approval of bylaws in the May general meeting.
Operational and Administrative nominations will open in the May general meeting
Operational and Administrative nominations close in the June general meeting
Operational and Administrative elections will be in July
Appointed positions will be approved in the Aug Board meeting
Pequea Valley Fire Department is set to go live on Sept 11, 2023
