For the month of February the Fire Division handled 16 calls for service. Station 403 responded to 12 calls and Station 405 responded to 7 calls.

Engine 405 - 3 calls

February's companywide EMS training was taught by East Lampeter Township Police Departments detectives division on Human Trafficking. Individually, several members continued progressing through crew chief training, driver training, completed annual continuing education for certification and participated in impromptu skill labs during duty shifts throughout the month.

For the month of February there was multiple fire trainings held throughout the month as this month we annually complete our SCBA certifications. All interior Fireman are required to annually complete an SCBA check off demonstrating competency in operating our air packs.

This month Deputy Chief Johnson, FF/AEMT Davidson and our Administrative Assistant Melissa participated in the Pequea Valley High School career fair. Our staff were able to interact with students in 9th - 12th grade who expressed interest in Fire and EMS as either a career or those who simply just have the desire to volunteer and serve their community.
